The Bay Run – Inner West Sydney

The Bay Run is a much-loved walking circuit that loops around Iron Cove in Sydney’s Inner West and is perfect for walking with a pram. This popular 7km track offers uninterrupted water views and a safe, accessible environment for families.

The circuit passes through the suburbs of Rozelle, Five Dock, Drummoyne and Lilyfield, winding along the water’s edge with parklands, beaches and harbour scenery along the way. Because the track is well maintained and mostly flat, it suits prams, toddlers on bikes, and children on foot.

There are plenty of free drinking water stations along the route, as well as numerous cafés and food options nearby, making it easy to turn this walk into a relaxed family outing.
