About this walk

The Merri Creek Trail is an easy walk just outside  of Melbourne. The paved pathway is approximately 21kms long, however you can walk as long or as little as you like.

Dights Falls is a popular starting point where the Merri Creek enters the Yarra River. The trail follows the creek, through remnant and revegetated bushland, to Moomba Park in Fawkner. The shared pathway weaves from one side of the bank to the other over a series of suspension bridges.
